History to take form and expand
First established on April 29 th, 2004 with the name Inconess Hanoi. On March 30th, 2007 the company was transformed to Inconess Hanoi investment Joint-stock Company, the Charter Capital was 21 Billions VND. On July 19th, 2007, take over Hoang Hai Long Trading join stock Company and increased the charter capital to 25 Billion VND. (Hoang Hai Long Trading Joint-stock Company was established on May 11th, 2005, specialized in motorbike trading though out Vietnam, its charter capital was 4 Billion VND). On November 21st , 2007, Inconess Hanoi Investment Joint-stock company increased its capital from 25 Billion VND to 35 Billion VND and renamed to Hanoi General Investment Joint-stock Company (HANIC). On January 24th, 2008, HANIC received new Business License, increased the Charter Capital from 35 Billion VND to 80 Billion VND. Though its development, in order to increase its competitiveness , HANIC together with some partner to set up some joint-stock companies like:
- Hanoi Car and Motorcycle Development Investment (HAMOTO)
- Dakpru Hydro power Joint-stock company (DAK).
- Vietnam audit and consultative Limited company (VNaudit).
- FINDEX Financial Investment Joint-stock company
- SHM mining Joint-stock Company (SHM)
- Backan import-export and tourism Joint-stock company
